Are you able to guarantee the service of our more than 1000 passengers on the ship? You will make sure that the passenger’s safety will be guaranteed by using acceptable measures to safety incidents. At an incident you will be discreet and will try to change behaviour of other passengers when necessary. Every passenger has to feel safe and when something happens needs to feel that there are people that will make sure nothing will happen. · To monitor all passenger areas and activities as directed by routines and procedures. · Keep your manager fully informed of potential passenger problems and act on their instructions. · Will be responsible for the management of the night reception area ensuring that passengers are given the highest levels of service and assistance. · Take responsibility for the department’s medical requirements, treatment, training, stock control, ordering procedures and all associated administration and record keeping. · Take responsibility for Safety Management of Ships processes and systems assigned by you manager. · Ensure that all staff under your control conducting themselves in a professional and responsible manner and are fully aware of all ship health and safety requirements. · Organise and coordinate duties for the assistant Ships Wardens and night stewards - You have a Basic Safety Certificate
