Crew Operations Coordinator

The Crew Operations Co-ordinator is working in the Crew Operations Department and is member of a dedicated team. You will support 4 Vessel teams with all personnel requirements for the Offshore Operations. In every team there are crew coordinators from different levels, from junior to senior. You are responsible for the planning and coordination of all activities that are required to man the Vessel(s) with compliant and skilled personnel.

Your role
Ensure a proper personnel planning
Perform compliant checks
Maintain contact with L&D colleagues regarding compliancy of planned personnel
Keep the individual crew member informed on their travel schedules and appointed Vessel / Project
Organize all necessary travel related arrangements for personnel including Visa
Update the Crew Management System
Support the Vessel planner in ensuring all tasks are performed in time
Member of the emergency phone team for urgent crew related issues outside office hours

What we expect from you
HBO degree Personnel Management or equivalent
Relevant experience, preferably in offshore environment or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved (planning & organisation)
Good communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Able to set priorities
Team player
Hands-on mentality
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
