Are you an experienced seafarer with a passion for safety, teamwork, and adventure at sea? This is your opportunity to join a dedicated crew aboard a tugboat that plays a vital role in the operations of the Dutch Coast Guard.

About the Vessel and Mission
Our tugboat is a robust and reliable vessel, on standby 24/7 for Coast Guard operations along the Dutch coastline. Tasks include:

Emergency response and assistance
Towing and salvage operations
Supporting maritime safety and surveillance
The vessel typically remains at sea for 4 weeks, then enters port (Scheveningen or Rotterdam) for crew change, resupply, and maintenance.

Your Role
Depending on your position on board (captain, officer, engineer, deckhand, cook, etc.), you will contribute to:

Safe and efficient execution of operations
Maintenance of the vessel and equipment
A strong team dynamic and positive atmosphere on board
What You Bring
Valid seafarer certification and medical clearance
Experience on tugboats or similar vessels is a plus
Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
Willingness to work in a rotation system (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)
