Short Description

For a freight ferry with a route in Irish waters we are looking for an experienced cook, having to perform his duties for approx 200 pax, including marine crew, cooking from a set menu. Experience in a similar role is required and very good organizational skills, next to the culinary abilities and experience with cooking for passengers.
